For Licensed Home Inspectors

Warranty Shield Certified
Home Inspector Program

The WSCHI designation is the only inspector certification built specifically for Florida's latent defect exposure window. Certified inspectors gain exclusive access to the HIRAM AI portal, a builder referral network, and the documentation infrastructure that makes your inspections legally defensible.

Why the WSCHI Designation Matters

Florida's 7-year Statute of Repose creates a documentation standard that most inspectors are not trained to meet. The WSCHI designation closes that gap — and opens doors.

Exclusive Warranty Shield Designation

The Warranty Shield Certified Home Inspector (WSCHI) designation signals to builders and homeowners that you operate at the highest standard of documentation, ethics, and RCPG compliance.

Access to HIRAM AI Inspector Portal

Certified inspectors gain exclusive access to the HIRAM AI platform — the only blockchain-backed inspection documentation system purpose-built for Florida's 7-year latent defect exposure window.

Builder Referral Network

Warranty Shield maintains active relationships with residential builders across Florida. Certified inspectors are the first referral for 11-month warranty, pre-closing, and Annual Asset Protect Inspections.

RCPG-Aligned Continuing Education

Our curriculum is built directly on the NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines, 6th Edition — the same standard used by builders, attorneys, and courts to evaluate construction quality.

Exclusive Inspector Access

The HIRAM AI Inspector Portal

HIRAM AI is not a general inspection software. It is a purpose-built documentation platform for Florida's warranty exposure window — and access is restricted to Warranty Shield Certified Home Inspectors. Here is what you gain.

AI-Guided Inspection Workflow

HIRAM AI walks you through each inspection phase with structured prompts, deficiency capture, and photo documentation — ensuring every report meets the evidentiary standard required for warranty disputes.

Blockchain Audit Trail

Every inspection record, photo, and finding is time-stamped and stored on an immutable ledger. Your documentation is defensible in court from the moment you submit it.

16 Inspection Template Library

Access professionally developed templates for all 16 inspection types — from 11-Month Warranty to Mold Assessment to Pre-Pour Phase Inspection — each aligned to RCPG and InterNACHI standards.

Automated Milestone Tracking

HIRAM AI tracks warranty milestones for every property in your portfolio — alerting you and the builder when 11-month, 2-year, and Annual Asset Protect windows are approaching.

Role-Gated Access Control

Inspector portal access is exclusively available to Warranty Shield Certified Home Inspectors. Your credentials are verified before portal activation — protecting the integrity of every record in the system.

Multi-Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate directly with builders, subcontractors, and homeowners through the HIRAM platform — with each party seeing only the information appropriate to their role.
